Erza Gayrimenkul Yatırım Turizm company was founded in 2020 by Civil Engineer Erol Durdu and Electronics Engineer Rıza Durdu, based in Istanbul. The partners of Erza Company started their activities in 1990 as Istek construction.
Partners joined Istek Companies group, which was a family business in 1992, and became a manager. The partners of the company, combining their 30 years of experience in business life, have worked nationally and globally, especially in real estate development and foreign trade. It aimed to enlarge the Istek Brand in scale.
